You Jae Ha Music Contest.

In 11.20 Saturday, I go to the 21st "You Jae Ha Music Contest".

" You Jae Ha " is Korean sing a song writer.

He left many songs like "cause I love you".

Many music critic said " You Jae Ha " is genius.

But in his 26, he passed away.

Musical world of Korea was so sad, and have great pity to lose a "diamond"

So to remember and memorialize You Jae Ha, " You Jae Ha music contest" was made.

Frankly speaking, today Korean music market didn't support sing a song writer.

Markets pursues money, but sing a song writer, and indie musician didn't make much money than Idol.

Market turn away sing a song writer, so sing a song writer have difficult in making album and sing music.

" You Jae Ha music contest" only for sing a song writer.
Many young sing a song writer want to take part in this contest.
Trough this contest, they will show their music to people.
This contest produce many famous sing a song writer.
"Toy - You He Yual", "Jo Kyu Chan", " Sweet Sorrow" etc...

 

This contest has 3 steps.
First preliminary, second preliminary, and final contest.
21st You Jae Ha contest has almost 200 applicants.
Through evaluation, ten teams will go to the final contest.
Final contest have 7 prizes.
Part of Lyrics, compositional technique, singing ability, playing technique, digital music programming and grand pirze.


I think that winning the prize is also important, and meaningful.
Bur Music is not a competition.
Through music musician show their world and listener have sympathy their music so feeling something.
In my case, I feel comport through music.
So Music is meaningful in itself.
I want to say this all the musician.(Especially 21st You Jae Ha contest applicant.)

Ambient sound

Do you know “Ambient"

Dictionary says ambient “The ambient temperature is the temperature of the air above the ground in a particular place”

Hmm…I didn’t fully understand what dictionary telling me.

Anyway, I want to talk about AMBIENT SOUND

When listening music, you can hear deliberate noise.

We think noise means bad, but this noise is not bad but fantastic.

When winds blow then winds make “shh- shh-” sound.

When car runs, there are much “bang” or “bung” sound in the road.

When I was in the mountain, I can hear crickets chipping.

These kinds of sounds add to music.

Then we hear in music some kinds of noise, these noises called “ambient sound”

Ambient sound makes proper mood to melody.

A thousand of tellings are not worth of hearing!

I will introduce a duo Jaeju boy’s music “Forthright”

Love Letter

In Saturday night I saw movie “Love Letter”

There are two women.

One is Hiroko, live in Japan Kobe.

She was lost her engagement boy friend in accident.

Another woman is Itski, live in Japan Otaru.

One day Hiroko saw her boyfriend year book.

She found her boyfriend’s old address.

Boy friend’s mom said now that house is disappearing so the address is now non-existent.

Hiroko was always missing her dead boy friend Itski.

So Hiroko send “say hello letter” to Itskt’s old address.

That address is not her dead boy friend address, but another woman Itski’s address.

In the middle school there are two Itski , one Hiroko’s boy friend Itsky another is same mane woman Itski.

So Hiroko found woman Itsky’s address in the yearbook.

Hiroko receive letter from woman Itski, woman Itski.

Hiroko and Itski send each other letters, in the process Hiroko was realize that in the middle school Hiroko’s boy friend Itski love woman Itski.

And man Itski love Hiroko for the reason that Hiroko was similar with woman Itski.

Woman Itski didn’t know that man Itski loved her.

But in the end of the scene woman Itski receive drawing of her.

In the old days man Itski draw woman Itski’s face secretly.

Only then woman Itski realize man Itski’s heart.

It was so sad.

If I were Hiroko, I didn’t forgive man Itski.

While loving me, think of another woman, It was so hurt feeling ;ㅁ;
